For your link issue, make sure you have set a page for that. Go to your woocommerce->settings->checkout and check cart page has been set and it contains a shortcode.
For your second issue, it may be theme related so try switching to a WordPress default theme such as the Twenty Twelve and re-test.
On the second part I tried to switch themes but it was still doing it. It worked on my theme up until last night for some reason.

Then try turning all plugins off except WooCommerce and re-test.
I tried and for some reason it still does not seem to be working.

Ok turn all plugins off except WooCommerce and switch to Twenty Twelve theme and then go to your permalinks settings and click on save twice. Then let me know your site URL and I will test your site to see if I find anything odd.
Hi there,
I am having a similar problem. If I try to remove an item from the cart I end on a white page with the following error message: Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by……
Then if I go back and then click proceed to checkout I end up one the white screen again with the same message.
My site was working perfectly up until 2 nights ago. And I have tried all of your above suggestions and nothing seems to work.
Could you have a look please. Thank you.

I have created my own thread.
I just reinstalled wordpress on my site and redownloaded the plugin and now it’s working. Thank you for your help!
