    Dear Support-Team,

    I have a problem with the cart. I’m pretty sure others already had the problem, but couldn’t found something matching. The thing is, that the cart is mostly working. But already plenty of time I got mails with the issue “cart stays empty”. I’m afraid that the most people are not contacting me.
    I rally hope you can help me with this!

    This is usually php session issue, you need to fix it from .htaccess or in php.ini file in server configuration but if you are not familiar with coding it is not recommended to do that, if you can handle the .htaccess file open it and add the code snippet below:

    ” expiresActive Off ” Or ” php_value session.save_handler files “
    (without quotes)

    php.ini file is more complicated and needs server administratior rights.

    Also it could be some issue with your active plugins if you are login as admin or as simple user, try to deactivate all plugins except Jigoshop and see if you get the message, if the issue is gone then you need to activate plugins one by one and every time check the cart if you will get the message to find which plugin cause the issue.
