There’s an option to add the products in the Frequently Bought Together product list to the cart as separate individual products. It’s the “Add Separately”. However, if you turn this on, all discounts will be removed from the BT products and their price will change back to the original ones.
This option gives customers a chance to add all products altogether to the cart, literally meaning of “bought together”. When you remove the main products from the cart, others will still stay there.

Open the product page of the products that has Bought Together items (“Associate” type), then in the Bought Together tab, you can find that “Add Separately” option.

We manage and process our products with an external ERP system (JTL) we do not process individual products in WP-Admin … is it possible to globally activate this setting in the plugin? maybe for the next plugin update?
