Cart with wrong PPOM prices

I have a product ($100) with two optional prices ($100 and $200).
I’ve added the product to cart twice, each one with a different optional price, which gives me a total amount of $500, but the checkout total gives me an wrong value of $600
This is a screenshot of this case
Note the “Prueba Ppom” product value is $100
