    Trying to use the plugin, but it isn’t working.

    I see the following in my logs:
    Authentication failure: Ticket not validated
    Reason: bad response from the CAS server

    But according to CAS server authentication was successful.

    Try changing the CAS server version in Authorizer Settings, that’s often the culprit.

    My apologies for the late reply. I took a month off from work and didn’t check my mails.

    The issue is resolved now. Not sure what the problem was. I uninstalled/reinstalled the plugin and it works now. Might have been a configuration error on my part.
