Hi @picchew
Hello, the system saves input in lowercase; however, it is not case-sensitive. For example, if you define ‘name = jhon’ in a conditional field, you can use ‘name = Jhon’ on the front end, and it will still function correctly.
Unfortunately it does seem to be case-sensitive.
I have setup a rule for “first_name” = “christian” and it works only if I type christian in lowercase. If I enter Christian with a capital A the rule gets ignored.

The demo is indeed working as expected. On my website it still does not work. Maybe it is because I am using the free version? Can you please check on the free version as well?
