cat/tax widget

hi is it possible to have the following ,
if I was on category 1 , there is no selection to make if I click subscribe I am subscribed to category 1 automatically. basically what ever category im visiting i’m automatically subscribed to when i click subscribe

I have many many categories and sub categories and selecting the category of choice would not be user friendly.
