    I’ve been having issues with the install. I have deleted and recreated new shops and catalogs on Facebook, deactivated, deleted and reinstalled the Facebook for Woocommerce app. Same errors each time.

    The first thing I would recommend here is to try reconnecting the plugin as described here: https://woocommerce.com/document/facebook-for-woocommerce-how-to-re-connect/.

    In case the issue persists, there are a couple possible causes for this:

    1) There are two catalogs in Facebook, and the Facebook plugin is trying to sync to the wrong one. To remedy this, check out this link and verify that there are not two catalogs in the Business Manager. If there are, you can even delete it and have the plugin re-generate it as described in the link.

    2) There is a mismatch with the Business ID vs. what Facebook is seeing on Facebook’s side. In this case, a reset of the Facebook plugin might be in order. To do this:

    If you have cache enabled, please disable and clear it.
    Deactivate Facebook for WooCommerce under Plugins > All Plugins.

    Navigate to your WordPress options page https://yourwebsite.com/wp-admin/options.php (make sure you have a backup of the site first, and only edit the fields mentioned below). On this page clear the value for the following fields:

    wc_facebook_external_business_id
    
wc_facebook_system_user_id

    wc_facebook_business_manager_id

    wc_facebook_merchant_access_token
    
wc_facebook_page_access_token

    wc_facebook_page_id

    wc_facebook_pixel_id


    If it does not show these fields, or if the fields are blank, that is alright. Once that’s done, please re-activate Facebook for WooCommerce extension under the Plugins tab and click ‘Get Started’ to re-connect to your Facebook Business Manager. Select the same assets for Facebook Page, Pixel, and Catalog.

    This should ‘reset’ Facebook completely, and allow the Pixel to be re-engaged as well as the Business Manager.`
