We have not tested it specifically with that. Creating a page without Elementor page builder may solve your issue. Can you create sample page without page builder and add shortcode for catalogue in it and try please?

It looks like there’s more to it then just the catalog not loading. There’s nothing except the header. What happens if you switch to the Twenty Sixteen theme and then create a new page with just the product-catalogue shortcode on it? Does it show?

I don’t know if you’ve maybe changed something since you wrote your last reply, but your catalog is loading when we visit that URL. I did notice in the developer console that there were a lot of image not found errors. I don’t know if that’s related to the images you’re using for the catalog or something else, but that could definitely be causing some load time issues. Please make sure you’re using the image upload feature to set product images or, if you’re importing products via spreadsheet, please make sure to use the full URL. Also, please don’t use any optimizing plugins that automatically truncate image URLs.
