Catalogue overloaded?

    Hi there,
    I just succesfully uploaded 2800 products at once into a catalogue but yet it doesn’ display the products? Blank page (only title)… Is it too much? The loading time of the page also really long …
    What can i do? smaller catalogues?

    Hi Jon,

    2800 products is indeed quite a lot of products for one catalogue.

    When you imported them, did you then add them to a specific catalogue?

    You can try decreasing the number of products per page. You can also try removing two out of three catalogue layouts (e.g. Detail and List). If it’s still slow, then you try creating multiple catalogues.
