Categories not recognized and rearrange feed association

Hi,
A. I am having Category issues too:
1). There is a message saying that I don’t have any Categories – I have 9.
2). The Categories associated with the feeds are spontaneously changing around.
B. The plugin Diagnostics page says I am “using shortcodes and have configured feeds incorrectly”. I read the info page. I haven’t changed that setting in weeks, and I have used this plugin in general for over a year on various sites without this issue.
(I am using this plugin on MultiSite installs – Not network activated.) It works on my other site just fine – same MS install. So far.
C. On both my MS installs – all sites – there is a pop-up that says my “URL” with “undefined” each time a page within the plugin admin area loads. It does not seem to cause any problems.
D. A plugin conflict? I have an MS – same plugins, but maybe different activated ones. Sorry I did not do this before writing.
I have used this plugin for a while and rely on it heavily. I love it.
