    When creating a category from BetterDocs > Category it will appear but after refreshing the page the category list is empty. It also seems to be using the category list from Posts > Categories and not pulling the categories that I am creating in BetterDocs.

    Any help on this would be great.

    @lrogers1,

    It sounds very strange actually. Sounds like there’s a conflict with one of the plugins you are using. Can you please check your browser console and show us whether you are seeing any error or not?

    Besides, you can deactivate all the plugins except for BetterDocs & check back. If that doesn’t work, you can switch to a different theme & try out.

    Thanks for the reply. I have tried these suggestions and tried on another site. I am still getting the same issue though.

    I have setup on a new site with no plugins and although the Categories stay visible when I view the BetterDocs page it just shows Uncategorised and none of the categories that I have setup. I have also ensure WordPress is updated to 5.5.3. The console shows no errors so I’m not sure where it is pulling the Uncategorised heading from.
