    Cannot enter more categories. The categories that are already submitted in the back don’t show in the list/dropdown. One example: the category is uncategorized. Cannot change it because the list of all categories doesn’t come up. No way to change or add.
    When I try a dealer on the live site – same here – I enter Antique Art and says cannot find it even though it is in the categories in the backend. This is a major problem. please can you help?

    All categories are entered here but cannot select them when add item or add a dealer: https://maineantiques.org/directory/ – doesn’t show in the dropdown or says cannot find it if I enter the title like ANTIQUE ART – can’t find it.

    Hi Allegra,

    sorry to hear about your issue. We will try to get to the bottom of this ASAP.

    Where do you see the problem? I just checked your frontend add-listing page, and I can select the categories without problems.

    Also, which browser are you testing with?

    Thank you so much for the quick reply.
    It happens when you are logged in and start adding items or even a dealer (from the right under select an action). So you login – select action – select item or dealer. Then you would like to choose one of the categories that is already listed on the site backend -and you can see all the categories when you click on “Directory” under find a dealer in the menu below the map or even on the right of the map. All those categories should show as a choice when you want to add an item or a dealer. But they don’t for some reason.

    Another thing but hard to explain – seems that dealer’s membership is not linked to the dealer account so sometimes you can’t even do anything because the system does see the paid membership linked to that dealer so it does not allow to add an item. But this one is kind of random so don’t work on that today.
    The category choice is really important.

    Hi again Allegra,

    I followed your instructions:

    I registered a user. I selected add dealer from the sidebar, and on the form, I can see and select all categories. Please see the screenshot attached.
