    Dear WP Adverts friends

    My name is Celso Braz, founder of BrasilBest Media. I purchased you Classified plugin on Envato Marlet (purchase ID#)

    Our new BrasilBest.com website is our biggest and most important project of 2016.

    Im my original plan, the “Classified Ads” section is website’s “star” and one the most important features to generate traffic and buzz to our web site.

    I decided to purchased you product after doing extensive research. My developer install the plugin and configured the “add on” Google maps. Everything was working until last Thursday (Sept 15th). The categories button-links are broke. They link to an empty page.

    My developer could not fix the problem and recommend me to contact you directly.

    – The problem: I’m preparing a huge Market effort to launch the new website and I have to make sure I can fix (and trust) this plugin.

    – My question: Can you fix this problem? If so, how long it would take?

    – My situation: Since I have a deadline to launch the new website, I have to decide if I will keep this plugin.

    Hi, it would be best if you would paste a link to your site so i could see what is the problem on site.

    Sometimes, problem like this is related to WordPress router, you can try going to wp-admin / Settings / Permalinks panel, click “Save Changes” button to reset WP router and see if this helps.

    If not, then in your wp-config.php file add following line define("WP_DEBUG", true); and refresh the page category page it should show some error then.
