Categories caching problem?

    Hi there,
    When i add a category it works, but it doesn’t show up in the wp-admin categories list until i add another one (but then the last one doesn’t show up) They are inserted in the database, there everything looks fine to me. I think it some kind of caching problem or nesting issue.

    it does show up in for instance the categories to tags converter

    Does anyone know how to solve this? It’s not my browser cache.
