Hello,

I setup 3 categories, they are correctly listed in the admin panel.

When entering a new add using the default template, there is an empty dropdown list for the categories, the 3 entered do not show up.

I deleted all tables and data as you tell on your website, uninstalled and reinstalled the plugin, same thing, no way to select the category!

Hi @ruzakuku,

Sorry that you ran into issues here!

Sounds like you might have a conflict on your hands–that drop down relies on JavaScript and it’s possible there’s a page error making it load incorrectly. Have you tried a conflict test yet?

Hello!

Thank you for your suggestion, it helped: The problem came from the “User Access Manager” plugin.

We changed the taxonomies setup for the “Directory” to NOT HIDE the empty categories of the directory, and now all looks normal 🙂
