Categories do not show correctly

I do not get to see all of my categories when I am trying to select them.

This shows how far down the list it goes, even using the side bar to go down further on the screen.

I have a total of 42 categories, but can only see 24 of them.

Also when I click the “Automatically select new children of a selected ancestor”, it does not select them. I had to select those manually.

When I just ticked the “Automatically select” part, I had no results showing, but when I found the children manually, only then did it show the results.

However, on this page: http://www.britzinoz.com/importing-your-car-into-australia it works correctly.

Any thoughts about what may be happening? And I am missing something, doing something wrong ?
