Categories drop down menu not overlapping

Where it says filter: Categories then its a drop down menu:

I can only click on the first category, but I have many more than that and I can’t see or click the rest of them. Is there a way to fix that and maybe overlap that way I can see all of them and pick the one I want to choose.
