Categories not excluded

I am having an issue where I use specific scripts in Below post content. I set the giveaway category to be excluded, however it is not.

For single pages I have it set to show ads with the category giveaway as an exception.

I have also tried setting category archives to hide ads, setting giveaway as an exception and also not setting it as an exception, same result.
