Categories not Registering on Theme

Hello,
Thank you for making this great plugin!

I was able to successfully create the Custom Post Types but for some reason each single Custom Post is not reflecting in the Categories Links, Archives nor Widgets when visiting the Front side. I’m using the “Newspaper X” Theme from ColorLib.

I found out because, I created a Category named “Featured”
I Placed 2 Custom Posts created with your Plugin under this Category.

When I click on the Categories Link in the Front Side 0 posts appear.

I’m not sure if this would be the plugins issue or a theme compatibility.
Could you please help me figure this out?
