The link above is an actual blog posting from wordpress. I’ve installed UCE yet the category “virginia” still shows in the URL. I’ve checked ALL the boxes in the settings. I am trying to hide this category “virginia” everywhere INCLUDING from the search engines. Ideally I want the search engine to see this instead: https://www.techsincars.com/onsite-computer-repairs-alexandria-va/

That way the search engine will see most if not all of the URL. I think Google has a 60 character maximum url?

Anyways am I doing something wrong? Is the the objective of UCE or am I using the wrong plugin? Thanks in advance!

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Some themes do things in non-standard or unexpected ways so that this plugin doesn’t work as expected. In addition, this plugin hasn’t been designed to hide anything from Google. It’s intended to hide some things from some pages from users viewing those pages.

Sorry, but it sounds like you’ll need to explore other plugins as there are no tricks or hidden settings to getting this one to work.
