Hello,
Righr now you are adding category name. Please add category I’d instead of name. To know about the category of just go to faq-> category and click on any the category. Once you click you can find out category id in the address bar.
So short code will be like this
[so_faq category="2"]

But there was a little mistake in the short code:
“[sp_” instead of “[so_”
Now i have one more question concerning the categories:
When i add a new faq category it also appears to the normal categories which i use to sort the articles. Is it possible to prevent that issue?
I don´t want to see the faq categories in my category widget.

thank you! I bought the Pro Version and it worked.
Now the FAQs look in a different design than before.
How can i show them in the old design?
Maybe you have a direct E-Mail adress to get more support fot that issue?
