Hello @samoreen,
You’ll need to create a special list for that Post Notification and ask users to subscribe to it.

Hi,
You’ll need to create a special list for that Post Notification
So, back to the beginning.
If I understand you well, your answer basically means yes. OK. Now, I will need the how-to. Is this procedure described somewhere ?
Thanks in advance.

Basically, I’m wondering whether MailPoet can do the same as this plugin : https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/subscribe2/ .
Hi @samoreen,
To do that, you’ll need to have different Lists created (i.e.: Pets; News; Sports) and then different Post Notification emails created associated with each list.
When creating your subscription form, you can then add a “List selection” field to it and your subscribers will be able to join the category they want.
Thanks for the answer. Unfortunately, this would not allow the user to decide to which categories he wants to subscribe and to modify his choices at will. Unless I’m missing something, each list would have to be updated upon user’s request. That’s not workable.
