Category Builder – missing language panel

I have been using the plugin with Divi by elegant Themes and all good, changed theme to Extra and everything works well except the panel for the language option within the admin doesn’t show so I can build the category builder page that is the main selling point of the theme{it can be used as the homepage in a very self sufficient page and feed}, it’s what makes it unique and I can’t make it bilingual if I don’t have the option.

Please look into it, greatly appreciated.
