I’m afraid I don’t understand your problem especially the part you say you choose apps. I’m guessing you are trying to create a category unit but having difficulty in doing it. Can you try rephrasing your question?
I am sorry you do not understand my question. I will re-phrase. when I am in the choose unit by category section of the plugin of Amazon Auto Links I then choose the category apps for androids, then the select category section opens with a whole list of different apps. I choose the perfect exact one I require for my website title called http://overthweather.com and I choose the weather app>this opens up and then I go over to the right hand side of the page where the yellow arrow is choose the category and when you do it keeps looping back to the same page not allowing you to create the unit with that choice.
I hope this is clearer. If I could attach a screen shot that would be good.

Doesn’t the Create button on the right hand side get activated in the category selection page?

In my environment, it works just fine.
Can you try creating a test unit and add different categories? Let me know if it occurs with other categories.
