    Hi

    I selected the cateogory drop down and added into the form. But by default first option is selected in category dropdown, I want blank so that it shall validate ask user to select correct category. How to do it?

    Hi KB Support,

    Thanks and I appreciate it. Also, can you please let me know how to add custom status like New, Open, On Hold, Closed, I want Wating for customer response and Waiting for agent response.

    By the way I shall acknowledge your plugin is well designed. It was easy to install and configure.

    @vishalalim We have just pushed version 1.3.4 which adds the “Blank First” option to all select fields.

    For your customs status question, please take a look at the extension store on our website.

    Hi KB Support,

    Thanks, it is working. However, I think you should maintain the consistency of the submission form. Please check your department list dropdown, it has a place holder, which automatically creates the “Select Department” in the list for selection and also validation.

    Not urgent, but I think this will help you maintain the quality of the form and product.
