Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us. Sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with your feed. We have tried to replicate the issue at hand but all is working fine for us.
Please be aware that the filtering is case-sensitive so you need to user Upper/lowercase exactly according to your category name.

I use the dropdown in your plugin with all the categories, so I assume the category name will be correct because it’s generated by the system.
Can you suggest some troubleshooting tips I can try to make this work. I don’t see anything wrong in my screenshots/… so I have no idea what I can try to fix this.

I have the same behaviour here. when using the category filter and no variations in “General feed settings” the feed is empty. When i include the variations then the products are shown. Using the button to show only defaults is also not working.
Seems to be a very good plugin, but with this “bug” (?) not usable for me. Any ideas how to solve this?

Are you sure you are not just having variable products? When disabling that option only the simple products will be in your feed. When you don’t have simple products the feed will be empty obviously.

Indeed is in one category no simple product. But should this not work, when i switch the button “Only include default …” in the general settings? In this case the feed is empty.
I don´t want to show the variation options, like “with” or “without” etc in the title. So short question. Is there a way to have the following with variable products:
1. Show only the default variation
2. Show the title of the product like it appears in the shop without the variation options?

Hi Alex,

With regards to the product title. Our plugin, by default, appends the variation attribute value to it in order to make all variant title’s unique (which is a requirement for most channels such as Google Shopping).
There are two ways to ‘override’ this functionality. Both however are Elite features of our plugin:
1. The data manipulation feature can change product title’s: https://adtribes.io/feature-product-data-manipulation/

I have the same problem.
About 1 week ago all my google feeds become empty((.
I use feeds only with category filter and i have only simple products.
Please solve the issue as soon as possible.

There is no category filter issue or something broken. So far it all was caused by configuration mistakes of users.
Would you be so kind as to show us a screenshot of the filter you created and one showing your official category names?

the only way I have found to make filter by rirectory workable is
too use (Category link) filter with contains of URL of directory.
