Category icon plugin problems

    Hi,
    Site: http://www.os42.com
    I have been using the category icon plaugin for a while now and have been very pleased with it. However, suddenly the icons are no longer appearing.
    I can’t think of any changes I have made which would affect this, but just wondering if anyone has experienced the same problem?
    Tried deactivating/activating but no go….
    If anyone has any ideas I would really appreciate some advice.

    Have you moved the icon folder?

    No Mark.
    I did redo all the images recently but they showed up and were all working.
    They are named correctly [correct extension etc] so it is a bit of a mystery…
