    Hello, we have to save the mapping of categories, sometimes it happens that the transcript is given, or it is not saved, and also when we start typing in the field, the dropdown with the found categories does not appear.

    Hi Roman,

    Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us.

    The category suggestion drop-down will show after you typed at least 4 characters and when there is a match. The drop-down will show on the left upper-corner of your screen, please see: https://www.dropbox.com/s/h9hzqiblpeum88x/CatMapping.mov?dl=0

    Make sure to wait at least 1 or 2 seconds before doing a next category mapping as it might take your server/browser some time to save the previous mapping.
