Category Mapping stays empty

    Hi,

    It appears I have no way of getting the category mapping populated with data. I choose country (Netherlands) and select the category which should display the mapping data, yet that stays empty. I’ve tried:
    – Different country;
    – Different categories;
    – Deactive/reactivate plugin;
    – Deactivate/remove plugin and reinstall it;

    None of it has helped.

    I run the latest WP (4.8.2) with PHP version 7.1 and all the other requirements are met too.

    Please advise.

    Hello @blaatje,

    Two things we could try:

    First could you check your Browser Console tab to see if it shows some errors.

    To open the Browser Console Tab press, depending on your preferred browser: CNTRL+SHFT+J (for Chrome) CNTR+SHFT+K (for Firefox) or F12 (for Explorer). If you work on a Mac: (CMD+OPT+J for Chrome or CMD+OPT+K for Firefox). This should open a Console Tab on your browser. After it is open, perform the action that fails, wait about a minute and see of you get any message on the console tab that looks like an error message. Make a screenshot of the Console Tab and send that to me.

    Second thing is, could you send a screenshot of the category mapping as it looks. You can send the screenshot to [email protected]

    Hi Michel,

    Spending hours before finding out the solution: I didnt have any categories made! It was a WordPress woocommerce from scratch and the one thing missing were categories. Would have been easy if the plugin gave a notice, but I could also have figured it out sooner 😉
