category missing after update

    Hi,
    I have a problem with the categories:

    It used to work this way:

    [spreadplugin shop_productcategory=”Männer”]

    which gave me only products from the category “Männer” – after updating the plugin now all the products get displayed and the dropdown-menu to choose categories is missing as well. Could you help please? Thanks

    did you try “Men” ?

    I had to remove the category selection boxes for URL reasons like detail pages. As soon as there is more time, be sure it will come back in old style or another way 🙂

    Hi,

    The dropdown-category list has disappear after the upgrade.

    Are you saying that it will come back in another upgrade ?

    Hi Steph,

    yes will return. In the meanwhile you could create a separate page with the corresponding shortcode? Like [spreadplugin shop_productcategory=”Men”] and similar?

    thanks for your help
    My WP is DEUTSCH also the setting for the spreadshop-plugin.

    The categories “Männer”, “Frauen” etc. we have created them in spreadshop ourself and they used to work – but don`t work anymore.

    Using “Men” and “Women” works – I cannot find any working category for Kids & Babies and for Accessories though.

    Did you set shop language in spreadplugin to Deutsch, too?

    yes the setting in the spreadplugin is DEUTSCH as well.

    try “Kids & Babies”, and Accessories should work
