Category Order

Hi there, this morning I installed this plugin, great plugin, did what I wanted, a list of all my articles on one page. I decided I wanted to reorder the categories, I installed a Category Order plugin, reordered them, went to have a look and its not showing the new order. Nothing wrong with the category order plugin, it did its job, i saved the list again in case it needed an update or something. nothing changed. how do i show the new category order?
