Category Order not work

    Hello with everyone, I have a problem, on my website and tried to sort the product categories with many pluggins but it does not work, they already change in the designer but the page remains the same. please help!

    Hi @legomez2,

    I’m not 100% clear on what your issue is. From what I understand you are not able to order your product categories? You should be able to do this without using any plugins, just in WooCommerce core by going to Categories and drag/dropping the order and refreshing the product page:

    If that is not working for you, try clearing cache from a cache plugin or ask your host to clear server cache, as well, test if this may be a theme/plugin conflict. Try disabling all plugins except for one – WooCommerce – and switching your theme to Storefront to see if that helps at all.

    If you would prefer not to do testing on your live site, first make a back up of your site, then create a staging site using this plugin WP Staging (https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/wp-staging/). This creates a copy of your live site where you can make tests without affecting your live site.
