Category Ordering

A Knowledge Base plugin was installed on a wordpress site I was modifying. I try to arrange the categories according to the letters assigned on the title of the category. When done I clicked the update button and it notifies me that “Category Order updated successfully” when I checked the page there were no changes made. When I go back to the dashboard on the Knowledge Category Ordering the category is back not arranged again. I tried to add a test category it goes to the bottom of the list and still I cannot change the order of the newly added category.I am using Heroic Knowledge Base Version 1.0
