Category page does not load latest posts

    Hello,

    I have this category page: http://erasmus-plus.ro/category/erasmus-plus-2/
    It does not load the latest posts. It loads the posts days after they are published in the respective category.

    What can be the cause of the issue? I think it has to do with the super cache plugin.
    These are my settings, is it good?:
    cache timeout:1800 seconds
    timer: 600 seconds
    clock (checked): 00:00
    Interval: once hourly;
