Category selector not working

    MarketPress Bugs and Errors:

    I recently took over maintenance for a WP site running MarketPress. All plugins and WP software are fully up to date. The site is using the Avada theme by ThemeFusion.

    Two issues…

    1. Trying to select a category or “order by” option from the Store page does nothing and results in JavaScript errors…

    Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘createDocumentFragment’ of null

    I’ve tried in Safari, Firefox and Chrome and this feature is totally broken.

    2. Within the ACP, I went to the Products page and did a “Bulk Edit” to put many products into categories at once. After doing this I discovered all product prices were wiped out and reset to zero dollars. Pricing should not be affected by simply putting products into categories via bulk editing.

    I have tested the sort category from the /store/products page and that is working for me. With no errors.

    With the Bulk edit, The issue I had was that even when using the checkbox, if i selected only one of the categories, then it just added it to the second category. But The prices remained the same. The Category function in bulk edit mode only allows you to add a category in addition to the original one not remove it after adding the new category.

    What theme are you using, can you quickly swap to one of the WordPress default ones to eliminate a theme issue please.

    In the meantime I am going to ping the dev team and get their input.
