Category Selector

I am working with Woo Commerce and WC has a product post type which your plugin detects, but I believe the category selector is just looking at generic post categories. Its it possible for the category selector to be able to pick up categories of specific post types (e.g., product categories for Woo). Thank you for a great plugin!
