Category Sorting Isn’t Working

    Hello!

    When I turn on ‘Show search settings on the frontend?’ and only have ‘Available Categories’ as the sorting options, it does not work properly. Unchecking one of the boxes turns off all of the search results, even ones that aren’t related to that category.

    Is there something I could have set incorrectly, or is there code I can enter to make this work correctly?

    Hi Samantha,

    I believe that might be related to an issue where a post is not categorized in any way, and the ‘uncategorized’ category selector is not visible on the front-end. I’m not sure though.

    Are the items not visible uncategorized by any chance?

    When I have ‘Show the categories selectors?’ set to off, and ‘Show the uncategorized category?’ set to on, the products still show up, but nothing is in the dropdown – I’m not even able to open it.

    Also, sometimes the first item in the dropdown disappears when I definitely have it set in the plugin.
