Category template tweak

    I have a template which on different pages shows different categories.
    However I am not happy with the layout. The title, date, author and comments is fine, but it is the white space between entries which is annoying me.

    Now I have done quite a bit of customisation to this blog and starting to be comfortable with changing things now (no longer scared of the loop) but this is one thing which is stumping me.

    As you can see there is a lot of white space between entries and I would like to be able to reduce this so everything looks a little neater.

    Can anyone please advise?
