Hi what do you mean by “Category ticket”? Is that something that is added by a plugin?

Ah, do you mean “category”? WordPress enables you to assign categories to posts:

https://codex.ww.wp.xz.cn/Posts_Categories_SubPanel

To enable USP to display multiple categories in the form, visit the “Categories” setting and enable them.
