Hi,
Can you please send us a copy of the restoration log?
You can find this log in the ‘wp-content/updraft’ directory of your site via FTP. You can send the log file as an attachment or copy the contents into an online tool (such as http://pastebin.com/ )
Alternatively, you can restore the database manually using phpMyAdmin. Please see guide – https://updraftplus.com/faqs/i-want-to-restore-but-have-either-cannot-or-have-failed-to-do-so-from-the-wp-admin-console/
Best Wishes,
Bryle

Hi,
I can see that you are still using the old version of UpdraftPlus.
Please update to latest version and attempt a new restore. Let us know if you are still getting the same issue.
Thanks,
Bryle

Hi,
The log shows that the restoration has been timed out or killed off while restoring the database. Can you please ask your host/server admin to increase your server I/O limit, maximum_execution_time and site memory?
Thanks,
Bryle
