Cats doesn’t work

Hi,

I’m trying to create a carousel by category on my homepage, but “cats” doesn’t work.

[products_slider] ==> it works (it shows all my products)
[products_slider cats=”york”] ==> doesn’t work (i have 6 products in this category)

Development : Local (no website online yet)
Wordpress : 4.7.5
Theme : Theme Fusion => Avada
Woocoommerce : 3.0.7

Something wrong with my code ?

[EDIT] I think that the plugin can’t get categories of products.
