    Hi

It took about 2 hours to delete 328 products and then there was a critical error.

My last backup was unfortunately from 3 hours before, so I will lose 3 hours of work.

Yes, I should have taken your advice to make a backup beforehand 🙁

Any advice on how to fix it without restoring a backup?

    Thanks
    Karen

  • Hi Karen,

    Thanks for reaching out!

Sorry to hear you have a problem with our plugin.

I would be grateful if you could share a little more information about the problem.
If you have it debug/error logs it would be nice to see what error it gives you.

Note: Please do not share any data about your hosting, if you have the opportunity just the error that gives you about the DX Delete Attached Media plugin, you probably received an email with information about the critical error in your site.

As a tip, we would advise you to choose fewer products to delete. Also, the error may be related to additional settings on your server, such as memory limit.

    Best,
    Plamen

    Hi Plamen

My apologies, it wasn’t your plugin. Thank you for the advice about deleting fewer products at a time.

The error occurred right after I ran the process, but it was a coincidence and the error was caused by my web hosting.

    Thanks
    Karen
