causing heavy CPU load

hello

due to the plugin grabbing from all the sources at once it is causing my CPU load and connection to the database load very high causing errors within server.

is there a way you can have it pull the feed over a period of time and not just in one go every say 15 min. e.g have it grab 50 posts over a 10 min period every 10 mins ?
