@bradborland You can install Cazuela and preview it without activating it.
And if you’re referring to your site’s title and description, they’ll be swapped by a logo should you upload one.
Appearance > Theme Customizer > Site Title Tagline > Logo
Yeah, I previewed the theme but it didn’t really indicate any type of editing with the site title (look).
So, Cazuela will allow you to upload a logo? (just to be clear)

Right, it will, but you’ll lose site title.
As for the site description, you’ll have the option to display it below your logo or hide it.
Will losing the site title affect SEO or anyone’s search?
That depends upon how it is being hidden. If it uses display:none;, then yes – it will affect Google as well as many non-graphical browser users.

@bradborland This is my opinion as an SEO: Not really, your page and post titles is what counts the most.
Your title tags will remain the same no matter what you do to your header. But, as Esmi said, you’ll lose text which is crawlable by search engines.
@dragan Nikolic: Can I ask what CSS you use to hide the header in these situations? There is a way to “have your cake & eat it” in terms of hiding the text in graphical browsers but still leaving it available to search bots and other users.
