• Hello,

    We’re having an issue where the credit card fields are not loading, but only for some customers. It looks like a javascript issue where the JS that loads the CC fields doesn’t run, so the area remains blank.

    There are no errors in the console, and we’ve ruled out browser extensions or wifi firewalls. This started happening after the last update where there appears to have been a UX update to the fields.

    We’ve cleared caches as well, there is a CDN for deliverability… Any other ideas?

    That is odd 🙁 Before moving forward please provide us with the following information:

    Share a copy of your site’s System Status: You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. 

    Once you have it please paste it here in your response, thank you.

    For security reasons, I prefer to keep that private. Is there a private way to send that to you?

    Also, we confirmed this is not happening on version 2.9.1.

    You may want to redact or remove any sensitive information on the System Status Report. Most users find removing their site URL sufficient.

    Also, you could use a service such as Pastebin and set the deadline to a week or two weeks, giving us enough time to look at it and help you with the issue. Setting an expiration date will automatically remove the paste in Pastebin.

    What I can see from your status report is that your theme is using outdated templates to override the default ones. These files contain markup and template structure for your site’s front-end.

    Please update/fix the outdated templates by following the guide below and see if it addresses your issues:

    Hi Emma and Joseph,
    Was this issue resolved for you? I am having the exact same one. have deactivated and deleted. The fields are not showing up. If a customer has previously saved to their account they can pay -but a NEW customer cannot. No fields.

    I checked my templates as per your instructions – all are current – no out of dates.

    Please advise.
