    Message received in email:

    “Constant Contact Forms has experienced issues that may need addressed and functionality may be missing. Please enable the “Support” checkbox under the Support tab in Constant Contact settings and start a forum support thread. Our support team will aid with further steps.”

    I am getting email notification of new subscribers, so I have that data, but it is not being processed into my contacts with Constant Contact.

    Good day @gpeery

    Looks like you need to get the account connection reauthorized, based on the provided error log so far.

    In our submenu, there will be a “Disconnect” item that leads to a page to perform the disconnect, and then you’ll be able to do the authentication process again afterwards.
