CC not working — please help

    On all of my client sites where I use Contact Form 7, any that had CC’s set in the headers will NOT send the CC email. It’s baffling. This began as of the latest version (I think), though I only discovered the problem tonight.

    The headers worked before, and are definitely still set properly as:

    Cc: [email protected]

    I also added the following underneath the CC line, to solve the validation issues:

    Reply-To: [your-name] <[your-email]>

    What’s even more weird is that my tests arrive to the main TO email address, and they show the correct CC email address in the actual email header. It just doesn’t arrive.

    Any help is greatly appreciated, as I’ve spent hours trying to figure this out.

    Have you checked spam filter for the Cc address?

    Yes, for all of them. And I’ve conducted many tests and many different sites. None of the CCs came through.

    But after playing around, oddly enough, the BCC seems to work. So I’ve configured the problematic forms to use BCC instead.

    Most of my sites are on Hostgator. Perhaps there’s an issue on their end that’s somehow affecting this. Seems like a reasonable assumption if I’m the only one to report the issue.
