CDN doesn't rewrite srcset URLs

People who use the W3TC CDN feature in combination with the RICG Responsive Images plugin (which adds srcsetand sizesattributes to images) reported that the srcsetURLs aren’t rewritten. We are working on merging the code from the RICG Responsive Images plugin into WordPress core for version 4.4. So from that point everyone who uses W3TC’s CDN feature will experience the problem.

It looks like this can only be fixed at W3TC’s side, but let us know if there is something we can do to help resolving this.

Ps. I am not able to test it myself so please ignore this ticket if it already has been fixed.
