It seems that CDN script doesn’t change links for old URLs after WWW addition or omission in main site URL. It’s sensitive about defined URL, and as I said before a wildcard is required for better function.

@johnconner, if we add multiple cdn configuration, do you think wildcard is still needed?

Honestly speaking I solved the issue with some htaccess and PHP coding, but on a fresh installation the plugin’s CDN option works fine.
